Dyana has 19 years of industry experience, notably in clinical operations, quality, clinical finance, medical affairs, and executing strategic commercial programs. Prior to Pivotarc, Dyana served in leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group (UHG), both at UnitedHealthcare and Optum. She focused heavily on operations, program management, value-based care, and population health as well as lead a commercial consulting execution team driving triple-aim, real-world evidence generation programs in collaboration with medical affairs leaders, innovation teams, and commercial brand leads.  Prior to UHG, Dyana was a Principal Consultant at a life sciences management consulting firm leading medical affairs, clinical, and quality engagements and teams. Before her time in management consulting, Dyana spent 7 years at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, primarily in clinical development planning and operations.

Dyana earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina.
